[C320-list] Posts to list

I had it going great where I was getting just the consolidated digests of  
emails but just recently (month) I started getting all posts and it clogs up my  
email too much, I tried changing it on the web site but now the web site will 
 not recognize my password. Can any one help out with this situation. Thank
