[C320-list] Standing Rigging

Replace the standing rigging??  it depends on the environment.  Fresh water
or salt water.  Fresh water rigs can go 20 years with no problem.  Salt
water is another story. Other than apparent corrosion it takes a thorough
inspection by a competent rigger to be able to tell you when it is the time
to replace it.
