[C320-list] Catalina Customer Service

He is very customer service oriented, just a few years ago he was more
likely to be the    one answering the phone.while, he will not be happy
about the poor service, I suspect he will be more interested in fixing the
problem than assigning blame. give him a call politely tell him about the
poor response, ask him what you should do about the leak.
