[C320-list] Seating Chain Plates

I didn't save them...if I was the Chris that sent them... and I have my
doubts about them being mine because the procedure for not fully tightening
down the deck hardware until the sealant has had a few days to cure is my
standard procedure for bedding or rebedding deck hardware. This process, in
effect, forms a nice thick gasket while if you tighten the hardware down
prior to letting the 'gasket' set fully it squeezes out a lot of the sealant
and makes for a very thin water barrier. Note that it takes at least two
days for the sealant to fully cure.
