Mike,

I just purchased new monofilament from the manufacturer of the systems for 
$18.  That included the shipping.  They ask you the size of your boat and 
the number of lines and tell you which is the proper line and length.  The 
website is at http://www.mvbinfo.com but you have to phone them.  The number 
is 203-838-0375 .They shipped mine the next business day.
