  FYI:  I purchased a Kipor 2000W generator from a local marine Supply  
store 3 years a ago for $650, about $200 las than the Honda 2000W.  It  
has served me well.  Amazon presently has it for $799 with free  
shipping.    I use it to charge the batteries and heat the hot water  
when we are on a hook or mooring while cruising.
