Thanks Don
I plan to leave her on a mooring in Garrison Bight. They quoted me $17 something a day. Very reasonable. Yes I will bring plenty of deet. My trips to the Bahamas have taught me never to leave home without it. I have a 30 gallon fresh water bladder and 3, 5 gal water jugs aboard in addition to the aft and forward tanks. I will only spend 6 or 7 days on that leg of the trip. Do many sailboats make that trip. Do you know if the Marquesas have protection? And do any of the buses run to the airport from the marina.
Thanks

Don't really have atrip planned - but I live/work in Key West and Stargazer is

Jefferson is now well protected (i.e. minimal current due to shoaling).  You should check with the Park Service re grey water (holding tank must be closed to discharge and they may have you put dye in it as well).  Remember, there are no sdrvices (or water hence the "Dry" of Dry
