Maintenance records - As suggested prior, if run hours are a concern to
potential buyers, have the engine serviced and surveyed.  Then you can show
documented evidence of the engine's condition.

Appearance - From our boat search this fall, we found that many sellers
missed the importance of presenting their boat in a clean, organized, and
well maintained condition.

Price - Karl's spreadsheet in the reference section is a helpful pricing
tool.  If you don't have a broker who will provide actual sales price
history, some surveyors pay for access to that information for their
reports.  If you have used one in the past, they may be willing to
provide pricing information.  Also, the NADA pricing is surprisingly close
to what people want to pay in this tight economy.
