[C320-list] leak revisited

Do you turn on the water pressure when you arrive at your boat or is it on all the time. I spent months looking for a aft water leak and it turned out to be a crack fitting at the cockpit shower.

 still have a pesky leak from somewhere aft into the bilge. I'veeliminated the 
aft water tank (drained with no change) and have prettywell verified that it has 
something to do with motoring.  The leakstops after a few days away from the 
boat and begins again after a dayof sailing with motoring in and out of the 
slip.  Then the leakdribbles for several days before it quits. There is no 
antifreeze in the water. Other than the packinggland, anyone have other ideas?
