[C320-list] Trim Ballast

Most C-320's have a noticable Port list and some of us have considered
adding such ballast. I would recommend using the boat for a season to see if
it levels out after you have loaded it with the usual accumulated 'stuff''.

Then if you are still listing, I would check to see if your mast is centered
as it take a very small amount of lean to list the boat. Next, if it is
still listing with empty tanks, I would remove the ballast in the stern
first as that is bad place to carry weight because it can increase any
tendancy to hobby horse.
