Thanks to everyone for their input.  I am replacing my battery bank this Spring since it is weak (unable to provide adequate storage of energy).  Many of you have suggested a voltage issue (bad wire, bad contact, etc), and as I think about it, a bad battery bank would also result in the same low voltage.  Also, the problem progressively got worse, and I assume the battery bank health declined over the summer.  So, stand by until May when I launch with new batteries.  I'll report back to the forum with the results.  Alan
