[C320-list] Emergency Tiller!!?!

Reading the posts on stiff helm the issue of emergency tiller came up. I
have sailed Bear for 5 summers and have never had to use this safety
feature. More to the point, I have no idea what it looks like, or if it was
with the boat when I took possession form the original owner.

 

Could someone describe the item so I could make a point of looking for it in
the spring? Failing to find it, I will contact Catalina and request they
ship one.
