[C320-list] chart plotter

You should definitely check Defender's price as it will almost certainly be
cheaper. If you can get WM to not try and compensate for shipping, Defender
is a terrific place to buy--The only time I really purchase from WM is if I
need something that day...
As far as brand--it is largely personal however I had a Garmin on my 320
(with all other instruments being Ray Marine) and I loved it! My 350 came
with a RM C90W. If it weren't for the integrated Radar, I would choose a
Garmin in a heartbeat. Maybe it's because I got used to the interface, but I
do find the Garmin much more intuitive and frankly more functional. Either
way, I agree that a CP is a great thing to have!

Good luck,

Jon Vez

Hi, group,

Sailing Charlotte Harbor is not like sailing Carlyle Lake in west central
Illinois.  A chartplotter would be nice....

We have looked at the Garmin 4210 at WM, but always like to check the
competition.  They don't seem to have much competition on this unit.  I
understand WM will match competitors prices.  Any suggestions?  Maybe a
different unit?  Different supplier?  We do have the Raymarine st60 (I think

that's what is is on a 2008 320) stuff on the boat.  We would love to hear
from
you.  Thanks and Happy New Year!!
