Mike,

When I upgraded to ST 60 instruments 2 years ago the technician used the
former ST50 mast cable for the upgraded ST 60 wind instrument including the
ST 50 mast mount cable connection which was metal, instead of plastic found
on the newer ST 60 cable. He simply went up the mast and replaced the wind
instrument, but had to change the cable connectors at the helm for the ST 60
wind display. 

I suggest you get in touch with an installer to learn if they may have an
spare ST 60 cable that was not needed when he upgraded a customer to ST 60
wind. If you have no luck, contact me off line at my email address and I
will provide you with a contact number for my installer who may have access
to some ST 60 cable if you need a cable and technical info.

I'm trying to find a replacement mast cable for my Raymarine wind/wind speed
instrument.  Since Raymarine doesn't make that model anymore they don't even
offer any old replacement parts.  I found a guy on eBay, in Great
Briton, that says he has a 30M cable for about $160 plus shipping.  Anybody
know of a cheaper alternative ?  By chance is the ST60 mast cable the same
