[C320-list] Genoa reefing line cleat

The bottom one looks like a Spinlock rope clutch mounted to an older Harken block.  I use a similar setup that is entirely made by Lewmar called the  
Lewmar 60mm VF Single Ratchet Block 

Very high quality and  it works very well.  I mount it to my stern rail with the same Harken mount as in the photo.
