[C320-list] Genoa reefing line cleat

Thanks for the input, everyone.  The simple horn cleat is nice, but kind 
of a pain when your trying to deal with a jib sheet and the furling line 
at the same time.  I think a block with a cam cleat would be a nice 
addition to our furling rig.
