[C320-list] Bottom Paint

We're getting ready to haul out our boat in Dana Point Marina where we keep her and going to paint the bottom and replace the instrument pods.  Are there any good "how-to" manuals or videos available that cover the preparation work (i.e. sanding) and grinding and filling any blisters on the bottom?  Any suggestions where to start is appreciated, we've never done it before.  Thanks.
