[C320-list] Holokai 2 sold... plus more

I am sad to say that I sold Holokai 2 yesterday to Trudi thatlives here in Marina Del Ray area. I would like to do what Orlando did from me and buy Trudi her first yearin the 320 association but I’m not sure how to go about it. Could someone pointme or tell me the right way to get her set up.  Or should I just give her the money and lether do it?
