[C320-list] Freedom 10 inverter/charger

If you have shore power to the ac panel and the charger has ac power to it, it may be refusing to turn on because the batteries are too deeply discharged.  Most good chargers won't attempt to charge a battery that is too low.

The dip switches are not likely the problem.
