Tony, I had a leak in my muffler also, it was a crack around the inlet tube. I prepared the surface, ground the crack and re-glassed around the crack. That was two years ago and still no problems. If you locate the leak a simple fiberglass repair might work for you also. The cost would be a few bucks for materials . Don #165
