[C320-list] winches

Hi Art,

The 320 has aluminum plates in the fiberglass that are tapped for bolts.

If you look around the deck, you see smooth raised areas where various hardware is mounted.  Ie traveller, cabin top winches, etc.  These all have plates embedded. 

With that said, I think the liner inside the stbd locker is covering up the thru-bolts.  With a mirror and light, you can look between the liner and the deck.  If you need access, a hole saw can do that neatly once you line it up.
