[C320-list] North/South Carolina Coastal Areas

Check out New Bern, NC area, we are in the process of moving there.  It will give us the advantage of sailing Pamlico Sound or down ICW to Beaufort for the Atlantic. 
New Bern has about a population of 30k so not too big or too small.  
All your other options really only offer ocean sailing.
