[C320-list] MK I main sheet traveler

Hello all.  Hope the ice on Lake Michigan melts by my scheduled May 17 launch date !!  All the sheaves in both the port and starboard the line organizers under my traveler are hard to turn.  I have an early MK I hull and wonder if anyone has changed out the just the line organizers (is there a drop in replacement available)?  If not, I am willing to remove the line organizers and have them rebuilt with anodized sheaves and bearings, any experience or thoughts?  Did Guarhauer supply the traveler and line organizers back in 1994? Is removing the traveler and line organizers difficult or are there any tips to be passed along?
