[C320-list] Painting Gelcoat

Hey Bill,
 
A previous owner of my boat did the same thing right before I bought the  
boat and there are several places where the paint has fallen off in the  area 
you describe.  Not sure of the details of prep, etc. previous owner  did  
but surely looks like something was done incorrectly.
 
Not much help, sorry, but definitely check out proper method.
