[C320-list] More on Dinette Table

My table is about 6 inches above the 'down' position to be used as a bed. I
can't get it up or down. I have tried spraying Sailcote down the shaft
(with the table top removed) but nothing has worked. I'm about to remove
the base from the floor so I can remove the entire post. Anyone have any
advise for this problem? What is jambed and how do I fix it?
