> I had leaks coming in on mine. I replaced the gasket on all. Not as easy as they make it out to be. Once that was done I still had a leak coming in. What I notice on the outside frame is that because it's not a complete frame it has a space on each side where the frame meets and what happens is that the caulking in there over the seasons become brittle and thats where the water comes in. I cleaned the joint and used a sealant to fill the gab. The leak had disappeared. I wish I would have tried that first before purchasing the gaskets.
