Marko,
I replace our tank a couple of years ago.  If you don't have a 16,000 BTU air conditioner installed in the starboard quarter it will be a fairly simple process to remove and replace.  Check the email archives for descriptions on how to do it and the place I used to manufacture a new (and thicker gauge) tank.  They have design drawings for the 320's tank.
