Marko,
I replace our tank a couple of years ago.  If you don't have a 16,000 BTU air conditioner installed in the starboard quarter it will be a fairly simple process to remove and replace.  Check the email archives for descriptions on how to do it and the place I used to manufacture a new (and thicker gauge) tank.  They have design drawings for the 320's tank.

The fuel is coming from the fuel thank area. The fuel is travelling below and coming up through the drainage hole just under the transmission. My next step would have to be to get the tank out.
