[C320-list] Hood furling system problem

Thanks for the advice and your absolutely correct. I actually have the diverter/halyard preventer and that was part of the problem. It was never run through it. Maybe the previous owner had a longer sail and needed the extra few inches. The other part was the part that swivels up top has about a 1/2" of total play. We cut some 1.5" PVC in half and made a sleeve to fit in there. Perhaps there was a sleeve in there one time or it was too big when the previous owner installed it. Either way it now works better than ever. It was always tough to roll up but now it's smooth and easy. This was my first experience climbing the mast, not sure if I want to do that again. As people were walking on and off the boat I swayed back and forth and it was a bit uncomfortable. Either way were back in business.
