[C320-list] Aft water holding tank leaks

My inspection caps in both tanks were leaking and I have replaced large
o-rings as they were cracked and deteriorated.
To get a good seal the caps have to be on very tight - possibly Graeme's
solution is better.
I leave both tanks connected all the time and fill them only through the
forward deck fitting.
The forward tank is slightly higher than the aft and when both are not
separated the aft tank will overflow providing you are filling slowly.
I would like to add a water level monitor for the front tank to know when
it is just about empty before running dry and loosing prime in the pump.
