[C320-list] Visiting Fl. Keys - any tips?

We're making our first non-resort foray into Florida the last week in
January of '16. It is only a two unit destination on Conch Key, but each
comes with a dedicated 23 foot sailboat. I'll be getting in some saltwater
sailing! It is only a single week proof of concept, as a week there costs
only a bit more than four weeks in Tucson; which is where we'll be from the
last week in February.

 

Tuscon.warm, dry, not too dear, and only 283 miles from the nearest beach.

 

The Ottawa winter gets cold.
