There is screw where you can adjust your throttle friction, but you have to remove the compass

You might as well grease the gear if you do it

Also use an antiseizing lib on the 4 bolts you Ned to remove to get the compass off.

A hint mark the compass position with masking tape do it will be aligned exactly the same
