[C320-list] Slipping

The system strips photos....but I think I get the concept. The lifts employed in this region use cables and slings to lift the vessel and can be driven anywhere on the yard. The vessel is carried to its place, lowered onto a keel block and jack stands are adjusted to support the hull or a cradle is used. Other than resting on it while stored on land, the keel is not used for hauling and she stays relatively level throughout the process.

Thanks,
Chris Burti

Hi Chris
The Marina has a dedicated slip.yacht is placed on a trolly then hauled out
of the water.
Stays on "the hard" for 3/4 days whilst the anti-fouling etc is done.
Usually done every 12 months.
Legal requirement in most parts of Aus.
Photos are an example.
Cheers
John
