What I just read is that you can send your lines to Scott to have them
spliced or whipped.

West Marine or any rigging shop will do this. On the other hand learning to
whip and splice is one of the pleasures of boat ownership in my view. I
bought some tools and books a few years ago and after a few practice splices
I was able to make a perfectly good eye splice in double braid, single braid
or 3 strand line. It's a very satisfying skill to have and not that hard. I
often take a splicing project with me on vacation if I know I'm going to
have down time. I recommend Brian Toss Rigging website for resources to get
started.
