[C320-list] Looking for C320 MK II Winter Cover or Advice

I got a quote of $3,087 from Kinder Industries in mid March this year for a "Catalina 320 Boom Tent Cover".  It was to be made from Harbor Time polyester, have a zippered door, a drawstring skirt at the bottom and webbing loops under the boat, 4 crushproof vents, and boots for all shrouds, stanchions and the mast.
