[C320-list] Fuel tank not fullater

A related question since I have not removed my tank...how readily will water in a tank get picked up? Is there an actual low spot for the intake, or is it possible the water may roll around in the tank perimeter and not get picked up,  depending on the tilt of the boat (such as when stored on its cradle, or when heeling when sailed)?
