[C320-list] Racing handicap

[Bev Wright]

The base is 162, but I get credit for 2 blade prop, dacron mainsail, furling jib, but no credit for laminate jib. There may be other factors considered. A couple of years ago it was 177 but then the rules changed so I got 3 more secs.
