[C320-list] Swim Ladder

If the swim ladder is like the main hatch ladder you can use 3/16 inch by 1
inch quick release pins like are used on biminis. I found that if you use
1/4 pins you may need to drill out the threads and in stainless steel that
can be a challenge and then you can't use the screws again with out a nut.

I hope this helps. My two cents worth.
