[C320-list] Discussion List upgrade

Lake Michigan just surpassed the all time high set back in 1986. There are
marinas that have piers underwater and cannot turn on the shore power
because the equipment is underwater.  There were some fixed docks 5 years
ago that you might have needed a parachute to get down to the boat and now
steps are required to get up the the deck from the dock. We have floating
docks at our marina which is really nice.
