[C320-list] Water Leak from Bow Pulpit

I have been trying to figure out what is leaking in my bow.  Water has dripped unnoticed in the very forward cavity of the boat and gradually flows under the front water tank and into the front bilge areas. I first thought the leak was related to my front stay bracket or the anchor bracket.  I was able to remove the forward teak panel in the v-berth and get my head around the bottom of the anchor locker "pan" with a flashlight to look around its sides up toward the bottoms of the brackets, but didn't see a leak. This morning during a rain, I finally pinpointed the leak to be from the front bow pulpit leg on the starboard side.  Water was dripping along the bow running light wires that go through that bow pulpit leg,
The pulpit legs look like they are held in place by 2 Philip head bolts per leg that thread into metal plates imbedded in the deck.  I don't see nuts underneath on the bolts. Can anyone confirm this before I decide how to approach eliminating this leak?
