[C320-list] EV-100 install on early 320

My system is somewhat redundant in that I have dedicated displays for wind, autopilot, and depth, plus the MFD. As long as the network isn't compromised, I could lose any one display and continue to function with the rest of them. I do have an old hand-held Garmin with spare AA batteries plus paper charts if the MFD is the one that fails.

I considered the OpenCPN route but decided I would rather have proper waterproof devices with sunlight-readable screens at the helm.
