This is not very practical as a permanent solution but as a one off when you’re anchored up in a remote spot with no cellphone signal:-
Set up your phone as a mobile hotspot, put it in a string bag and haul it to the top of the mast with a spare halyard.
The extra 45ft can make a big difference to signal strength!
Remember to attach a downhaul line though as the phone weight isn’t enough to counterbalance the friction and halyard weight!
