[C320-list] 'Sticky' Through-Hull Valves

Hey Troy,  We keep our boat on the Chesapeake...the bay somehow resembles
water,  brackish is a term used, but summertime the water resembles a dark
brown coffee-ish color.  I try to avoid getting it on me.
