[C320-list] Covers for holes in headliner

You don't need to open  the headliner. There are no nuts or backing plates up there.The clutches and cleats on the cabin top are attached from the top and have machine screws that are tapped into aluminum plates that are embedded in the fiberglass.Look for the slightly raised smooth surfaces on the cabin top and elsewhere around the boat for these embedded aluminum plates.  The factory can explain where all these are.Jeff Hare
